BOARD MEETING (posted 07/16/2010)
The next Board Meeting is scheduled for August 25th at 7pm and will be held at the normal location: Bridgecourt Community Room, 3990 Halran Street, Emeryville. All members are encouraged to attend HOA meetings and get involved in community matters.

GARAGE DOORS (posted 07/15/2010)
Garage Doors and Common Hallway Doors are going to be rekeyed beginning Friday July 16, 2010. Residents will get new keys delivered to them on Thursday July 15, 2010, if you do not receive a new key please contact Management immediately. The locksmith will be gaining access to all garages and common hallways to complete this work. This work is being done to better secure the building and to allow for less inconvenience to residents for things such as fire alarm system inspections and building maintenance.

IMPORTANT NOTICE - 5 year INSPECTIONS! (posted 05/31/2010)
The annual Fire Alarm Systems Test and Inspection, along with the 5 Year Fire Sprinkler System Certification/Inspection, is scheduled for Monday and Tuesday, July 19th and 20th. Please see our flyer for additional details. Any resident who does not keep his or her appointment with Statcomm for inspection is responsible for all costs of re-inspection of their unit.

HELP CLEAN UP EMERYVILLE'S SHORELINE (posted 05/31/2010)
In 2009, more than 80,600 volunteers worked together to collect more than 1,300,000 pounds of trash and recyclables from California beaches, lakes, and waterways. In Emeryville, 127 volunteers cleaned up our shoreline along Powell Street and Frontage Road, and were treated to free refreshments from our local restaurants and free raffle prizes. 

Don’t miss out!  This year’s event will take place on Saturday September 25, 2010, from 9 a.m. till noon, next to the City’s Fire Station at 2333 Powell St.  You can expect yummy refreshments and prizes, but PLEASE BRING your own gloves, wear sturdy shoes, and be prepared for either sun or chilly weather; bring sunscreen, a hat and layered clothing. CITY OF EMERYVILLE BUDGET (posted 04/06/2010)
The City Manager will be asked to attend the next meeting to discuss the implications of a recent letter (see below) that has been sent to our HOA discussing current fiscal issues and challenges facing our city and the impact it has on our community. Please plan to attend this important meeting. NOTE: The next meeting is being held on April 21st @ 7:15PM in the Bridgecourt Community room (3990 Harlan Street, Emeryville).
